Our Process

Five honest steps,end to end.

Most remodels feel stressful because nobody walks you through what happens next. Here's exactly what happens next — start to finish.

Start a Project
01

Walkthrough

A working carpenter walks your space, looks at how the house is actually built, and listens to what you're trying to accomplish. No sales script, no clipboard tour.

02

Scope + Selections

We work with your designer, suppliers, and showroom partners on selections. If you don't have them, we introduce you to ours. The build team stays on-point throughout.

03

Real Number

Priced the way a carpenter prices — against the actual work and the actual materials. Written down and signed before anyone starts swinging a hammer.

04

Build

Framing to finish, same crew. Weekly updates in plain English. The person who walked your house in week one is the person on-site in week ten.

05

Punch List

Switch plates on, baseboards caulked, paint touched up. We don't leave until the list is actually done. Final walkthrough with you, in person.
